All you need to bring with you is a photo ID and a copy of your insurance if you have it.  Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time so you can fill out new patient paperwork.  Dr. Finney will then assess you and create customized treatment that will best fit your needs and lifestyle.

There is little to no pain involved in an adjustment. You may feel pops and cracks, but you should not feel any intense pain. Typically, if you weren't in pain prior to the adjustment, you won't be after. Some chiropractic patients do experience some mild soreness or minor aches after a visit. 

 Acupuncture needles are very thin, and most people feel no pain or very little pain when they are inserted. They often say they feel energized or relaxed after the treatment. However, the needles can cause temporary soreness. 

 In gua sha, a technician scrapes your skin with short or long strokes to stimulate microcirculation of the soft tissue, which increases blood flow. The technician applies myofascial cream to your skin, and then uses a smooth-edged instrument known as a gua massage tool to repeatedly scrape your skin in a downward motion. 

Decompression is a type of spinal traction therapy that can help relieve pain in the back, neck and legs. Spinal decompression works by gently stretching the spine. That changes the force and position of the spine. This change takes pressure off the spinal disks.
